I am about 1/2 way through the book and have plans to go see the movie with 4 of my girlfriends on Sunday afternoon.
Very excited. :-) Although I have to admit now that I'm unemployed every time I get out of the house I'm excited.
Anyone else read the book and/or have plans to see the movie?
Re: NGPR: Eat Pray Love
I read the book awhile ago and was not impressed, everyone raved about it.
I will probably see the movie , Netflix or something because it does look cute.
This. I actually only read half the book and found it boring. I might watch the movie on DVD and I can't wait for these stupid commericals to stop about this movie!
One of the girls I'm going to the movies with felt the same way about the book. She read it but found it annoying and not that impressive.
I like it but not as much as some out there do. The book seems to have almost a cult following.
Really? I'm trying to force myself to finish it before I go see the movie.
I do have to agree with you on the OVER advertising. That always gets on my nerves.
None the less seems like it will be a cute chick flick and am looking forward to an afternoon with my girls to see it.
Yeah but I have to admit that it was a really long time ago and I just remember really hating the book. A lot of people like it though and it really has been WAY over advertised! LOL

This.
I really loved it too. I thought it was inspiring and I can't wait to see Julia Roberts in the lead role. Love her, and I think she'll bring the story to life in a fun way
