Hi girls,
I've been stalking you forever, but today I'm happy (and nervous) to intro.
Everything is in my siggy. I'm 6w1d after my first IVF. My first scan on Monday (5w5d) showed one baby and one flickering little heart. What a relief to see that!
Last night I had a scare
Went to the bathroom and red blood. There was about two wipes worth, but not enough to go into the toilet or anything. It scared the heck out of me. I also had some very light cramping. The IVF nurse had me come in today for a scan though she said the bleeding can be very normal. The baby was just fine, measuring a day ahead like last time, and the heart was beating away. They didn't see a bleed of any type and everything looked good. I'm on 72 hours of bed rest just as a precaution. Though it all looks normal, I'm still freaking nervous.
After that, I realized I need a board where girls have expertise and my experiences. I miss that from 3T ![]()
Thanks for reading, I look forward to getting to know you all ![]()

Diagnosed PCOS & MFI-Success with IUI
Sorry you had a scare!
Congratulations!
Congratulations and welcome!
I know form experience how scary spotting can be. I had early spotting at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and even a little at 12 weeks. But so far the baby is doing just fine. I've heard that early spotting is common in IVF cycles, but that doesn't make it any easier. The fact that you had a good u/s with a hb is a great sign
