Our friends just had a boy

I am super excited for them but again its tough because they got pregnant fairly easy and we are still trying.  Anywho, Happy Thursday to everyone.  I keep clinging to teh hope that with every new baby that is born it gives me hope that one day soon that new baby will be mine.  Heres to a weekend full of love!

    It is sort of bittersweet when there is a new baby around for me too.  There are 3 people at work right now that at PG and it is hard so talk about with them sometimes because I cannot wait to be PG myself!  Our time will come though, everything happens when it is meant to happen!

    Maybe this is a crazy way to look at it, but think about how much more you'll appreciate it when you finally are pg as opposed to it just happening right away!  DONT GET ME WRONG IM NOT AT ALL SAYING THAT PEOPLE WHO CONCEIVE EASILY DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR BABIES!!  I'm just saying when something doesnt come to you so easily, you realize so much more how lucky you are when it does finally come.  Obviously we would all rather be KU immediately, but maybe thats just a way to think about it to make it sting a little less when someone else has a baby without even trying.  At least thats how my brain works..

    I agree with you.  For DS we got pregnant from a 1 night slip up after getting buzzed at a wedding.  We just assumed this time we would have no problems getting pregnant. Negative!  We are now on our 3rd month.  Like you said, it has already made me realize how lucky/fortunate I was for it to happen so easily for DS.
