OMG hip pain gets even worse?!

I must have overdone it yesterday because my hips were killing me! The left side in particular. Should have seen me trying to get up off the couch, even with DH's help, I wanted to freakin cry. And my darned potty breaks thru the night were about to drive me nuts trying to get in & out of the bed, not to mention on and off the toilet lol. Little better today, but still a little sore to walk and get up and down. No walk for me today lol.

  • I posted the same thing yesterday.  I did not have this with DD, but I think it is because I'm chasing after a 2 year old that I'm having such pain. 
  • The past few weeks I have been going to the chiropractor once a week and I feel SOOO amazing by the next day. I highly recommend it.

  • yup it gets worse.. i wake up crying every single night.. its terrible. All I can do it flop back and forth.

  • I woke up today feeling it all over... in my sides, in my back lower abdomen... ugh. Not cramps or anything, just aches and pains. Methinks we're about to hit a growth spurt.

    Ugh. And just yesterday I was telling someone I was feeling good.

  • Mine is really bad too.  Saturday night, after a day of cleaning, it was so bad that I looked at DH and said "Is it too early for an epidural?"

    Not laughing at your expense... believe me, I do the same.  But all I had were visions of a fish out of water.

  • Yup, it sucks. I started hitting my wall between 36-37 weeks. One day I decided to be really motivated and went for a 3 mile walk... yeah... I was literally about to die later on that night. I couldn't get up or walk without my pelvis screaming at me, and it took me 30 seconds or more just to turn over in bed.

    Now I've been doing about a mile a day and that works out for me. Still feel like I'm getting my exercise, but not over doing it.

  • I feel your pain. When I sit down or lay down for too long my lower back and hip just hurt so bad. Not to mention the night time trips to the bathroom I swear I need a walker. (lol)
