Leftover roast chicken accompanied of course the squash cubes, peas, pasta rings, and sliced olives my 15-month old also loves to stuff her face with.  Whoever said to beware of teenage boys because they'll eat you out of house and home never met my toddler

Chicken sauteed in olive oil with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and quinoa cooked in chicken broth with mushrooms that were cooked with olive oil and garlic added in.
