Anyone take this (or anything else) at night? I have got to get a good night sleep. With the back aches and pains and the tossing and turning I just sleep like crap.

Yes, I do take it a few nights per week. It only works on me for 4 hours, though, and then I'm wide awake, but I'll take those 4 hours over nothing at all!
I take it on the weekends, since I'm still working, because I've turned into a total lightweight. But I love it! It helps me sleep and keeps my back from killing me all night long.
2-3 times a weeks but now it's not working anymore just like my last pg. I have to take it by 10pm and I'm usually fine when DS gets up at 7am. You can also try benedryl but that does nothing for me.
I've taken Tylenol PM and Benadryl this trimester. Both work just fine, without any grogginess the next day. I just take it on the unbearable nights or when I know I am going to have to get up for something important the next morning (I am a teacher on summer break), and make sure i give myself at least 8 hours of sleep.

Just a friendly FYI -- Tylenol PM is just Tylenol 500mg + Benadryl 25mg (diphenhydramine). Might be cheaper just to buy generic Acetaminophen and generic Diphenhydramine. I usually just take 1-2 (25-50mg)Benadryl a couple times a week for sleep. I've been taking Benadryl for sleep for a long time though b/c shift work. Hope that helps someone

I take it a few nights a week, but since I wake up every hour to pee and refill my ice water.. Im a little groggy in the morning and need a serious nap around 10am
Re: Tylenol PM
Full dose? How long do the effects last? I'm usually up with DS by 8am and dont want to feel groggy. You dont find that you need it to sleep?
This. I was getting sick and was told to take Benadryl and I slept like a baby (with a few bathroom breaks of course).
I take one pill around 10pm and get up arund 5:30 or 6am. It doesn't put me to sleep for the night but it makes sleeping a bit easier.
I could take it every night - meaning I need help sleeping every night but I am just not comfortable taking it that often.
This is exactly me. I WISH I could take it every night. The stuff is amazing.
