I had constant RLP from 20wks until delivery! My Dr told me to try Tylenol, warm baths, and slow smooth movements. None of these really worked for me, but it might be worth giving it a shot!

Yeah, I've been dealing with this since week 12/13. It's actually a little better now for the most part, but occasionally it will flare up. I asked my midwife about this and she advised me to take more of my calcium-magnesium vitamin. Silly me, I hadn't read the bottle and it was a two a day vitamin and I was only taking one. I upped it to three times a day and it really did help. It took a couple weeks for it to build up though so it gradually got better.
Still, if I overdo it physically I pay for it at night/end of the day.
