My cleaning lady has been gone all summer and is finally back in town now that school started back. I can't tell you how excited I am for her to come tomorrow! So I asked her if she would do a "deep clean" thinking that she probably had her own list of things she would do, but instead she just asked me to leave her a list of things that I want done in addition to her normal cleaning. This is awesome b/c there are some things that some people do as part of a deep clean that I don't really think we need (for example, our baseboards are really not that dirty- I checked them :-) So anyway, I have a few odd chores that I've been putting off and now she can do them for me (the linen closet it my big one- she knows how to fold those fitted sheets like Martha Stewart!). Here's my list so far. Any other ideas of things I may be forgetting or that you would like done in your home?
Dust blinds
Dust fans
Dust vents
Clean out/Dust Glass Cabinets in Kitchen
Wipe down refrigerator inside and out
Wipe down microwave inside and out
Dust off inside shelves/furniture
Organize upstairs hallway linen closet- fold sheets
Re: Ideas for "deep clean"
shampoo carpets, clean oven, wash windows, put murphy's oil over hardwoods
When I move home, I need your lady's info:) I would love to have my sheets folded Martha Stewart style!!
Nope she is strictly an Acworth/Kennesaw lady and the last time I asked she said she wasn't taking on anymore customers at the time, but I'll check again and if so I will be glad to share her.
