i have mentioned some of this on here before, but now I need help.  I posted this on the baby shower board, but it looks pretty dead over there..can you girls help?

 

I do not want a shower for #2, but am ok with a welcome to the world party after he is here.  A friend is planning it and is asking my thoughts and stuff, so I thought I'd post here for better ideas.   :)I need some wording/ryhme for the invite.  It will be a monkey theme and we'd like to say no gifts are expected, but if they want to bring one, the preference is diapers/wipes/gift cards.  How can we word that so it's cute?Also - it will be set up as a drop in anytime between 2 and 5....so how do we say that too? I think that's my main questions for now.

You may just want to call it a diaper shower because that is the easiest way to let people know they don't need to bring gifts.  I've typically heard these called "Sip and See" or "Meet and Greet" showers or something like that.  You could also use that wording instead of "Welcome to the World", but it's up to you. 

Here are some options (you could use a combination of these).   

Another little monkey is on his way!
Mommy can't wait to cuddle...Daddy can't wait to play!

He will be tiny, he will be sweet.
This is one monkey you really must meet!

I like what Mrs. KLB wrote! I would put "swing in anytime between 2-5" (because monkeys swing ).
