spotting and high bbt (might be tmi)

Morning!

 I know no one can really tell me what's going on and what to do, but I need some advice. 2 days ago I started spotting, hoping it was implanting spotting going on. Today it changed from brown to red red, and I think that it will change to AF by maybe tomorrow (not sure). I was thinking about calling my RE and ask, but I think they call me nuts already. My problem with all that is, that my BBT is still high, it hasn't really went down at all. It's only my 2nd month of charting and on my 1st I didn't O and the cycle ended at day 19. Today is CD 25 and 10 dpo. Should I just get a refill on my Clomid and take it like I did the past 2 month? Should I call my RE? Or should I just wait and see what happens in the next 2 or 3 days?

Married 11/08 started to see RE 6/10 6/10 50 mg Clomid no O cycle ends after CD18 7/10 HSG and SA done both good 7/10 50 mg Clomid O cycle ends after CD24 8/10 100 mg Clomid O cycle ends after CD29 9/10 100 mg Clomid 10/10 100 mg Clomid 11/10 150 mg Clomid finally monitoring and IUI 12/4/10 BFP 12/6/10 1st blood test 12/13/10 2nd blood test, HCG isn't rising like it should 12/17/10 I become an aunt for the first time 12/20/10 blood test and ultrasound, HCG still climbing but can't see anything in the ultrasound 12/21/10 biopsy to find out if it was an early m/c 12/22/10 blood test, later that day result from the biopsy, no sign of pregnancy in the uterus 12/23/10 blood test, ultrasound, 3cm ectopic pregnancy, emergancy surgery removal of the right tube... my baby was 6w6d due date would have been 8/12/11 12/27/10 lost my job, because my "priority" of trying to get pregnant is number one, and my boss doesn't want to be in the way... merry christmas! 3/11 150 mg Clomid + IUI 4/11 150 mg Clomid 4/28/11 1.Bloodtest HCG 8 5/2/11 2.Bloodtest HCG 57 after 2 more boodtests and 3 Ultrasounds we see a heartbeat BabyFetus Ticker

    It is possible for BBT temps to remain up until the end of AF, they don't always drop. I would just wait it out.
