I think I'm addicted (pickles mentioned)

I love pickles. 

I got a ton of small cucumbers from FIL's garden- so I decided to make refrigerator pickles.  They are supposed to take 2 days, but I've raided them already after just one day and they are amazing.

I"m sure they'll taste even better tomorrow- if there's any left..

     I couldn't find fresh dill so I used dry dill - just estimated.  I don't think you can overdue the dill b/c you can skim it off if you put too much dill in.

    We don't have a garden (the dogs just dig everything up), but I might have to grab some cucumbers when I go to the grocery store & try this.  It looks so easy & yummy, thanks for sharing!

    My goodness, this has been a summer of pickles for me too! Bread and butter, garlic dill, pickled sugar snap peas... I have too many of them in the refrigerator. Love them!

    I love pickles! When I was little I used to take the whole jar out of the fridge and find a random closet so I could hide and eat them all. I would hear my mom looking for me so I would just start munching faster.

    I'm a big pickle fan as well. My mom always cans pickles and I love when they are done and ready to be eaten!!

    I'm lurking from 3T but I have about a dozen extra cucumbers from my garden this year and I was thinking about making pickles. This was a sign! I have more cukes growing every day so I'll have them for the summer and fall! Thanks for posting!
