Do any of you (or your DH) work for a small (less than 50 people) company that has a benefits package? I work for a startup (we have 8 employees now) and we're looking to expand so we are trying to come up with a benefits package that is appropriate for this size company. I would love to get some comparisons of what other small companies have put together if anyone has any info and is willing to share. Thanks!
