House rentals on Lake Lanier?

Has anyone ever done this? DH's family would like to rent a house on the lake next summer - we are looking at 12-16 people in the house. Any recs? TIA!

I think you would have a hard time fitting 12-14 people in one of those (although you could get a couple).  We stayed there and they are very nice but not right on the water and not cheap.  I agree with pp.  I think you can find a really nice lake house using vbro.  Another site that I love for more luxurious places is https://www.escapetoblueridge.com/.
