So sad. How hard it is to walk to the back of the bus before you get out and make sure no one is left in there? It's stuff like this that pisses me off about buses or other daycare type vehicles.
That's sickening. I don' t know how that driver could live with herself/himself knowing she killed a child. How hard is it to walk thru the bus at the end.
I can't even imagine...that poor baby. The same thing happened last year in Baton Rouge. You would think they would do a head count. This is one of my worst fears. The article said the child was the 29th kid to die this year from being left behind in a car. That is unbelievably tragic. A little boy that went to my brother's church died about 2 months ago after going into his family's car to get his blanket. Mom didn't know where he had gone, and when she found him about 15 minutes later, it was too late. So sad.

That's so scary Paige! So tragic and heartbreaking.
At a daycare near my parents, a 2 year old somehow got out of the daycare through the front door and walked across the busy road. Thankfully she was fine!
