I hate them, hate them, hate them. Would it be so hard to design a seat belt that would be safe for a child over 3? I have to move all 4 seats whenever I want to go anywhere with another child. It is 90 degrees, probably 100 in my car. It took me 44 minutes to uninstall 4 car seats and reinstall 3 in the one car (and 1 of those is a booster, so not hard.) I feel like I just got home from the gym.
Its not the particular seats I have. It is the whole ridiculous difficulty of fitting 3 seats into a car that isn't the size of a bus.
Re: Vent: Car seats
I hear ya....I have installed 10 seats (different arrangements of my 4) in the last 10 days between 2 vehicles. I was soaked Tuesday when I finally got all 4 back to their permanent/normal spots.
But, I'm glad that I can do it myself rather than relying someone else to do all that. And totally worth the sweat.
My DH "says" he will do it, but them gets mad at them, or like he did tonight, installed two on one latch, so I have to do it over. It is only in the last 10 days I have been able to feel my hands again from my neck injury when I lean over, so I am VERY glad to be able to do it myself.
I don't know how you do it with 4! I adore your new picture of the two little ones. They are so cute.
