New to this board

Hello everyone,

I haven't posted anything on this board but I wanted to share this. DH and I have been TTC for about 6 months and still nothing.  Well today one of my co-workers came in and announced to the team that his fianc?e was pregnant. Hearing the news was like stabbing me in the heart. I'm happy for them but I wish it was me. I feel like my time is running out. I'm 38 and DH just turned 40 and neither one of us has any kids.  I just wanna cry.

I can relate.  I have so many people around me either pregnant or having just delivered that it's really difficult to deal with.  But, I just keep trying to tell myself that it will be our turn someday, hopefully soon.

Welcome to the board.  It IS tough to hear good news for others sometimes, though we wish them well.  Hang in there, I hope your stay here is short (i.e., that you "graduate" to the Pregnant after 35 board soon)!

Hello and welcome!  It is frustrating when it seems like everyone around you is getting pg.  Just hang in there!  I would consider seeing a specialist (RE) since you have been trying for 6 mos and are over 35.

hello.. I am 39 and ttc#2.. been trying for two years.. believe me we all get jealous of the pregnant women around us.. that is why I hate going to the gyno.. they are everywhere! Good luck and I think you have good support here. I am new to this board..
