This person on ebay is making me mad.

I sold my otterbox phone case which I used for maybe 2 weeks at the most.  She emails me yesterday saying she got it but there is a tear in it. Umm okay I am 99.9% sure there was not a tear. I told her to mail it back and I would refund her but I am fairly certain there isn't a tear.

So she emails back today and says its probably because I mailed it in a big box. 1. I mailed it in the small 4.95 priority box (how does she consider that a big box??) and 2. how would that cause a tear??? I could see it crushing the hard case if the box would have gotten smashed but it wouldn't cause a tear in the silicone cover. Then she goes on saying I have until this day to refund her and just being very demanding.

So I just emailed her back and basically told her to keep the box and go ahead and report me to ebay. That I am almost certain that the cover wasn't the right one that she wanted so therefore she said there was a tear hoping I would just refund her. So now when I get it back I am sure it will have a tear bc she probably put one in it.

I have almost 800 feedback (she only has 100) and every single last one of mine are positive. I never have issues nor do I sell crap.  She has be highly annoyed.

I hate that! We sell a lot on ebay too and we've had tons of problems. We had a guy run a charge back through paypal for $5,000 once. He bought a Corvette frame to build a racecar with and when he got it, he told paypal that the car had been stripped and sent them a picture of the frame. He said that he thought he was buying a whole Corvette for $5K. Paypal sided with us! We had several pictures showing he was buying just the frame. Some people are just sleezy!
