What is going on around here? Who is HM, and what is the dramz with BBM? Is it just the gun thing, or is there more?

A. BBM is a bit neurotic and sleeps with a loaded gun, YET, posts constantly personal information....her DH's occupation, previous occupation, street she lives on, etc, etc.

B. Hopefulmom (HM) is her mother....and posts stuff about Preston as if he were her son, which makes her a bit coo-coo. 

C. Sometimes BBM and HM hang out and computers get left on and they post under each other screens names, or something....

D. School starts for my kids in less than a week and I'm FREAKING out about it.....big time...hold me.

OMG me too - I was actually off parenting and missed SO much!! I tried to catch up on all the BBM and HM dramz but what really made me happy was the post from the Dungeons and Dragons dude in the wife -beater.

 

eta: Also the whole Elvis thing is amazing.

If you get used to having that sort of protection, the only other thing that will compare is a LOADED GUN IN YOUR BED. because, essentially- that's what its like when he IS there- only without the bullets (wink wink)

that's a great summary.  Except I'd emphasize that the fact that HM and BBM were a mother/daughter nesting team was a secret.  And I don't know WHATTHEFUCK it means to have your mom on a message board with you pretending that your son is actually her son (she even once said that this phantom kid was her 'second batch' of kids.  Like she had older kids and then had another go round).
