I had a lunch meeting with my company's insurance broker. It was a great lunch. She too went through the IVF process. The first was ended up in a BFN, the second one ended up with twins and the third one with her son. I have worked with this woman for about 5 years now and we have been getting closer through the years. The topic came up...ok she was fishing because she knew I wanted to have kids right after I got married. It was the first person I have been able to talk to IRL that had been through IF. It made me feel so much better to open up to someone that could understand and she went through all the same emotions that I feel and most of us feel. But then to have two success stories after made it even better!

Re: My lunch meeting
How nice to be able to talk to someone in real life!! I am an Insurance Broker and have also talked to two members at two different client offices' who have had questions about IF coverage. It is so nice to be able to talk to people that understand!! I actually referred both of them to this board and told them how supportive everyone is on here
