Massage Therapist with the belly cutout?

The best pregnancy massage I had with Gavin was in Hershey, PA.  They had a table with the belly cutout and then this wedge pillow thing that sort of raised up my head/shoulders and even had boob cutouts.  Felt like I was lying on a cloud.  It was awesome because she was really able to work those muscles which they just can't do when you are lying on your side.  Has anyone had a massage around here that this kind of table/wedge combo?  If not, I am seriously thinking of flying up there soon instead of waiting for my normal fall trip.  Very soon.

I went to Health Solutions in Marietta (off Roswell Road) when I was pregnant and they had a pregnancy pillow with a belly cutout. It was great.

I went to Pierce Yoga and Massage in Decatur and it was like heaven.  She works the pillows like no other.  Can't remember if it had cutouts.  (Only went with Ridge since I was still working full time and could afford it at $95 plus tip a massage).

I went to the Pregnancy Massage Center in VA-HI.  They don't have the cut-out but they were very skilled at the use of pillows for your side.  She was able to apply a surprising amount of pressure.

I went to and plan to return to a gal named Jen at Optimal Wellness in Alpharetta.  They are off of Northpointe parkway.  She is awesome and they have the belly cutout, so great!  Also, the chiro there is Dr. Jen Alonso and she will help your back pain!  She seriously saved my from some massive pains the first time around.  She understands exactly what is going on with all of the joints, certain muscles and ligaments while pregnant and she knew exactly what to do with me when I came in. Ditto!!! I saw Sarah in June and was in HEAVEN.

I went to a massage envy at the tail end of my pregnancy - they had this same thing.  Now, I was too far along and should not have ever used it...it wasn't big enough to accommodate my belly and I ended up almost passing out (literally) while I was laying on it.  I think it cut off a lot of my circulation.  

No question I'll do it again, but just earlier in the pregnancy!
