what grade were your embies?

on your bfp cycle what grade/cell count were your embies and did you do a 3 or 5 day transfer.  TIA

Mine were a 8 cell and a 7 cell, and they didn't give them grades so to say, just saying they were excellent. My RE only does 3 day transfered unless genetic testing is being done.

We had a 3dt and transferred a 9-cell grade 1 and an 8-cell grade 1 (grade 1 being the best)

We transferred 2 blasts on day 5.  The day before transfer he was calling them both "good".  By the day of transfer he was calling one "almost excellent" and the other still as "good". Both stuck!

As for specific numbers and letters, I don't think my clinic gives those out.  Or maybe it was just my specific RE.

IVF #1 - day 3.  One 8 cell B+ and one expanding morula rated at "good"

Twins - lost one at 10 weeks.  DD born at 38w2d

IVF #2 - day 5.  Two 4BB blasts.  Twins!

My embies were poor.  At day 5, they had only developed to day 4 levels.  I think they were 3BC.  The difference though between these and the other two IVF cycles was that these embies had little fragmentation compared with the others.  I'm convinced that made the difference for us.

For our successful IVF we put in 2 on day 3 - one 7 cell Grade A and one 6 cell Grade A.  One stuck and we had DS.  For our FET in September we have 3 that were frozen - one 7 cell Grade A and two 6 cell Grade A.  Results to be determined.

I did a 3dt. My RE doesn't use a grading system, but both embies were 8 celled with no fragmentation on day 3. We transferred two and am pregnant with a singleton.

I did a FET.  When frozen, my blasts were 5AA and 4AA 5 day blasts.  I think they lost a little quality in freezing but were still good.

I always did a day 5 transfer..

IVF #1- Long Lupron-Retrieved 7, All inseminated with ICSI, Transferred 1 3AA Emby-BFN. Froze 5

FET #1-Thawed 2, Transferred 2 with assisted hatching, 4BC and 3BB. BFN

IVF #2-Antagonist Protocal-Retrieved 12, All had ICSI, 11 Fertalized Normal, Transferred 2, 3BB embryos. BFP!
