Thrush?

So I have been getting this major burning/stinging sensation in my boobs about 10-20 minutes after feeding and I am curious if this is a sign of thrush. It hurts like heck when it happens. But C doesn't have any sign of it in his mouth so the pedi didn't diagnose it in him and my Dr. didn't say anything about it.

Have you had it? Is there any over-the-counter treatment for it?

I have had it twice, I can recommend gentian violet on your nips 2-3 times a day.

Not you too! I'm battling it right now. My breasts were on fire during and after feedings and my nipples are on fire around the clock. I had to get a prescription for diflucan and that didn't kick it so now I'm on my 2nd round. Good luck.
