assuming it is probably a virus and I may or may not feel better tomorrow would you call out of work? I've still been getting sick, now with some lower digestional issues ( sorry TMI) and I have to work in the morning at 8. If I call out, they will have to find someone to replace me. I can either page them tonight to let them know or wait til tomorrow morning in hopes I am feeling better. I feel guilty, but I'm not a fan of the idea of trying to go to work tomorrow feeling this way.

I would call out, you need to get some rest. Letting them know tonight might be better so they have time to find someone. I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks Ladies :^)  I did just call to let them know. I feel so extremely guilty  for calling out sick but there is no way I could manage this at work tomorrow. I also think I'll be putting a call in to the Dr if it's still going on tomorrow, just to be safe.
