103 fever

My body must be sympathyzing (sp?) with Ashton's immunization fever because I'm running a 103 fever. To make matters worse, DH is still living out of town for business so I have no help with the boys tonight or tomorrow if I'm still feeling bad. I can't figure out what's going on - I am super achy and have a bad headache. I don't know how I'm going to make it through Ashton's night feedings :( I guess I just needed to vent... :(

Re: 103 fever

  • I would definitely call someone to come spend the night to help. Do you have any family or friends nearby that you would feel comfortable asking?
  • Are you bfing? Cuz the fever and achy could be from Mastitis.. just a thought

This was my first thought.  If so, call and get some antibiotics ASAP...I felt better within 24 hours after go on some antibiotics, both times.

My thought too....this exact thing happened to me on Wednesday.  I felt horrible, fever, achy, and my right breast was sore.  Turned out to be mastitis. I started antibiotics on Thursday and by Thursday evening I felt 100%
