I desperately need to get some kind of sling or carrier but I can't for the life of me decide what will work. I don't want to invest a lot of money in something only to have LO hate it. My kid is pretty squirmy and likes to look around. I don't know what won't be too confining, but supportive enough for a newborn. Any recommendations are appreciated.
Bar tab = $156,000, Bus to Foxwoods = $0, Puking in the Stanley Cup = Priceless
I think a wrap or a mei tai are the best bets for a newborn - he will still be able to look side to side even when you are wearing him tummy to tummy. I have more info on different options in my siggy link ;-)
Re: Carrier recommendations, please
For DD's first four months, we used a Moby wrap all.the.time. I don't know what I would have done without that thing in the beginning!
Around 4-5 months, we switched to a Mei Tai for more support and more comfort with a heavier baby. We love ours (DIY).
