Ok, so I either strained a glute or it's in a spasm. It's not horrible except for early in the morning, but it's not really getting better, either. If I'm sitting on the floor cross-legged and I lean back or push up with my hands, it hurts. Tylenol isn't helping. Any other suggestions? And taking it easy isn't happening because DD and I are on our own for the next few days.
