Question about B-6

I was taking B-6 for a short luteal phase while we were TTC. Does anyone know if I should continue taking this or stop now that I have my BFP?

Thanks!

Re: Question about B-6

  • My doctor allows 50 mg of B-6 to help with nausea.
  • You can take it if you're nauseated.  I used it for a short luteal phase with my son and stopped a few days after my BFP, I continued with the progesterone through my 1st trimester though.

  • I've been taking it for nausea. It doesn't make it go away completely, but it's a lot worse if I forget to take it.

  • What dose are you taking it in? I didn't do progesterone - just the B6, but I read to stop slowly if you're going to stop bc stopping cold turkey causes a sudden drop in progesterone.
