Are Lactaid pills ok??

Anyone taking these currently for dairy or know if they are ok?

    I'm lactose intolerant, and I take them. I heard they were ok during pregnancy.

    I've also heard that some people actually find relief from their lactose intolerance during pregnancy... hope that will be the case for me!

    i do and yes. did with both pregnancies [will with this one] and cleared with doc.

    Dairy made me super sick with my first pregnancy and my doctor said it was fine to take them.

    Lactaid is totally safe during pregnancy!

     It's an enzyme you are putting in your body so that you'll process milk sugars correctly that your body doesn't make by itself. (hence it being an intolerance and not an allergy).
