About to scream - new iphone doesn't work right

Seriously I waited almost 3 weeks for it to come and it works great if you want to use speakerphone for all phone calls. If I put it to my ear nothing and it has nothing to do with the signal issues they are having. UGH looks like dh and I will be going to the ATT store tomorrow!
