I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble keeping food down. At least you can handle McDonald's french fries. Sounds like a great excuse to go to McDonald's to me.
There is something about them, perhaps the salt/carb mix, that make them a common pregnancy food. My former sil, organic-or-I'll-simply-eat-nothing - type woman ate nothing but MacDonald's fries and the occasional cheese burger throughout her second pregnancy. After giving birth to a perfectly healthy daughter, she was resumed being repulsed by MacDonald's.
I actually recommend them to clients who, literally, can't keep anything else down.
I went from never eating McDonald's to having it three times so far this week, LOL. Dude, my pee smelled like fries last night. That was enough to make me say I was never eating it again. Until I realized it's the only thing I can eat.
I think I'm going to walk down the street to one but I think I need to have another date with my puke bowl before I go. I also have no clue how I'm going to walk the dog because I can guarantee that his poop will make me throw up.
LOL. I called DH to tell him I wouldn't be cooking dinner because I was so sick, and when I told him that I peed myself, he was clearly trying not to laugh but failed miserably.

I was laughing so hard reading your message. I mean, obviously I wish you weren't so sick. I'm glad I wasn't alone!
oh yuck. I don't know why french fries help but they do. I was getting really sick driving to work. But I had my lunch next to me that had fries leftover from last night. Those really helped me.
