I am quite over Space A right now.

I GET that there is a huge troop surge.  I GET that its the height of the season.  I GET that its also PCS season too.

So why are they cancelling flights left and right, creating backlogs that just put everyone (space a'ers and regular troops) at risk?

Normally, I love it (have used it before and the longest it has every taken me was 24 hours.  But its just killing me now.

Vent over.  Will be happy with anything we get and enjoy our time with our families and target/kohls.

That is the only reason I have ever been reluctant to fly Space A.  A friend of mine, also in Germany, is going through the same thing right now.

What is Space A? It sounds like a military airline to travel overseas? Is it cheaper or safer than others? I've never heard of it! Just wondering!!

Thanks for the info!! There aren't any participating airports in our area, so that's probably why I haven't heard of this before!! Good to know to reference to other people and in case we move!! Thank you!!
