Meal 'o the day....
Tater Tot Hotdish (Casserole for those who don't know what hotdish is lol)
1lb hamburger
1 can cheese soup + 1/2 can milk
1/2 bag french cut style green beans
1 pkg onion soup mix+ 1T water
1 8oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
Tater tots (I use the fat ones lol)
Brown hamburger with onion soup mix and water. Meanwhile, mix milk and soup together and then add to shredded cheese and green beans. After hamburger is browned, mix with the rest of the ingredients, put in a 9x13 pan (I use a ceramic square dish) and top with tater tots. Bake at temp and time for tots!
