pre-term labor jitters

what can anyone tell me about pre-term labor. i am in my first pregnancy and a nervous wreck. i've already started to dilate.what can i do, im only 26 weeks.

    Are you having contractions?  Short or thinning cervix?  Have they talked about putting you on bedrest?

    I'm high risk for pre-term labor.  I've been on weekly P17 shots and been put on procardia for contractions.  And also on bed rest.  Your Dr. should have discussed some precautions with you?  Oh and absolutely no sex!
