we just refinanced through Amerisure and were very happy, esp with the charges and the rate.  It was super quick and you can do pretty everything online.  The process probably took 1-2 weeks tops.

My dad is one. He lives 1.5 hours away, but he did mine, my SIL's and my FIL's who all live here in Noblesville. I'm pretty sure everything was done electronically or through the mail.

We are through US Bank and we have our own personal representative that handles our mortgage....i know they have others, but every time we have ever had a question, she always answers the phone and she walked us through every step of our mortgage at closing and she called us regularly through our first year to make sure we understood everything we were getting in the mail/payment statements/online system/escrow/etc. She was/is awesome!
