I went in this morning for my CD3 monitoring thinking I was going to be starting IUI cycle #2 tonight and nope....I have cysts. RE said that it happened bc I was on follistim for 2 weeks and was slow to respond. Most people are on it for fewer days at a higher dose, but since this was my 1st cycle and she wasn't sure how I would respond, she wanted to start me out at a low dose. We discussed my protocol for next month and she is bumping up my starting dose of follistim and is giving me progesterone no matter what to lengthen my luteal phase. Even though my plan for next cycle is already in place, I have to sit this one out. I know its only 1 cycle, but I am crushed.

IVF #2 for Nov '10 was cancelled due to poor response - Follistim, Repronex, and micro Lupron
IVF #2.2 for Feb '11 - Gonal-f, Repronex, and Ganirelix
