Baby Names

--strangebird--

Good memory! :)

Although Eleanor is still in my siggy, DH and I are still not sure whether that will actually be her name. We love it...just not sure if we will use it, if that makes sense.

We also love Charlotte, but are concerned about nicknames. If C would have one, it would be Lottie. And if Elizabeth does have one, it would be Libby. Because our girls are ID, we're just concerned about too similar of names.

BTW, congrats on your new little peanut! I hope everything goes smoothly and your pregnancy is easy and peaceful :)

I love Charlotte with the nickname Lottie. With the current popularity of Charlotte, I'm surprised I see so few people using Lottie, most it seems go with Charlie for the unisex feel, which I just don't think is cute. I do see your point about Libby and Lottie, but I can't help thinking the names are great--you really can't go wrong with any of your choices: )

And, thank you. I've never gotten pregnant so "accidentally" before; we've just been through our home visit as part of the adoption process and had a miscarriage in June, so we really were surprised. But, as always, taking things for slowly and calmly and hoping this baby sticks!

To send a PM, click the "Contact" button at the bottom of anyone's posts, it's right next to "Quote." Then it asks you if you want to send a private message or something like that--you'll figure it out when you get that far: )
