Cake - Uhm What? LIP

So I was searching for baby shower cake inspiration - I am in charge of both cakes for my sister's showers next month and found this (warning may be offensive):

OMG.  So of course I sent my sister an email saying I ordered it for her showers but I added dark hair to the baby's head to represent her husband.  Ha!

    Yikes. I've seen that before. Inappropriate for family, but I think my friends and I would have a great laugh out of it.

    If I was throwing the shower for just my sister's friends and our cousins it'd be hysterical.  With my mom and aunts there - not so much.

    My sis was 5 months pregnant when she got married so she had the pregnant bride cake topper.  My mom was horrified (which made it even funnier) but I don't think she'd get the joke with this cake.

    Lol, that cake is awesome. However, I don't think the grandma's at the shower would appreciate it!

    My last shower was held at a church... LOL Wonder what the old women would think!!!
