NST - how frequent do you have them?

I saw my OB yesterday and she wants me to have a NST twice a week from now until delivery (because of Factor V, MTHFR, and a septated uterus).  I thought she might have me go once a week or once every two weeks, not twice a week.  Of course I don't mind having her checked out so frequently, just a little surprised.  I have another u/s this week and if the pattern continues I will probably continue having u/s every 2 weeks until I'm at least 36 weeks.

I haven't had one yet and I don't know that I will unless they find some reason they need a closer look. I would say twice a week is a lot, but enjoy the time you get to spend with your LO!

I have twins, MTHFR, hypothryoid, gestational hypertension and I have nst/bpp only once a week.

I had my first one yesterday- only b/c I am overdue.  It was pretty cool actually.  I have another one scheduled on Thurs if I don't go by then!

I'll have them twice a week starting at 32 weeks.

I have weekly NST that started at 34 weeks due to blood clotting issues and my little boy's growth rate has been decreasing. I think with the blood clotting they just want to make sure the baby is gettting adequate oxygen and not in distress. I was told if at any NST he was shown to be in distress he would be coming out but that may be because I'm a little further along.

I had one at 30 weeks, 34 weeks, and one scheduled for Tuesday.  Depending on what is found with my diagnostics on Tuesday, I may have another later in the week.
