Two questions:

1) Our lantanas are growing out of control. I cut them back all the way to little sticks this winter and they're enormous. Do I keep letting them grow like this?

2) What should I plant in a strawberry pot (I think that's what it's called - a big pot with lots of little "windows")? I've wanted one of these for years and now that I have one, I have no idea what to do with it. Also, do I fill the entire container with soil or am I supposed to put some sort of filler in there?
