So, I made the labor cookies....

Girls, let me just tell you a few things about these cookies.

1.  It makes alot.  I made like 40 cookies and had a some batter left over, so if you make them, make them a little bigger than 1 inch balls, and bake them for 10 minutes.

2.  They do not smell good baking.  That should have been my first clue...

3.  They do not taste very good.  It's like a ginger snap but spicy.  On first bite, you think, "Hey these are ok...." and then the spice hits and it's not so good.

I got down 1.5 cookies after I made them.  I'm probably going to get desperate this weekend (cause I'm working NIGHTS, two 13 hour shifts), so I may could stomach down some in desperation.

Anyway - thought I'd share in case you venture to the kitchen at some point to bake these. ;-P

    Umm what are these Labor Cookies you talk of??!! 

    I might need those soon..and do you have a recipe or did you just google it. I am interested to hear if they work as well...

    Ohh and you are my hero for working two 13 hr night shifts. I don't think I could do that ever and being late pg, I really give a tone of credit.

    Please share recipe! I want labor! What used to terrify me now I just want to get over with. My baby's head is way down in my pelvis and it hurts. Come out already!

    I was so sure I was going to go early. I have been dilated to 4cm since my first check at 37 weeks. Dang it already!. If nothing else I have my induction scheduled for Monday- but I really want my body to do this on its own.

    Ginger Snap but spicy sounds yummy to me!!!  But of course I don't need anything labor-inducing for a long, long time...

    Hope they work (and start to taste better) for you!

    I will say that I've had brax hicks today, and that's not happened like, all week, so who knows?

    Optimist - at least you have an end in sight girl!!!  They won't induce me till I'm overdue.  So, I may still have a week and a half to go!
