Did anyone's LO get fever 7-10 days after MMR?

My DD is running a 103.2 with no other symptonms.  She had her MMR 10 days ago.  If your LO did get a fever, how long did it last?  TIA!

My son did.  He was about 102.5 with no other symptoms.  I lasted for two days but he kept eating and drinking.  I gave him Mortin or Tylenol every 4 hrs. and that worked well.

Doctor told me a fever could occur a week after the shot.

My DD got a 102-103 degree fever exactly 9 days after her MMR.  She had that for about 2 days and then got a red spotted rash all over her body.  Pedi told me that is considered a mild-severe reaction (happens to about 25% of the kids who get the vaccine).  Rash was gone in a few days.  Sorry to hear about your LO!

He sure did.  and thanks to his history of febrile seizures, it freaked us right out.  It was 39.9 C at it's peak.

Wow!  I am sure you guys must have been beyond scared!  I am so sorry to hear that.  I hope he is fine now.

Thanks ladies for all of your responses!  It is never fun when they have a fever.  It seems like most of the fevers were gone in 48 hrs so let's hope it is the same for DD.  Have a good weekend.

DD was in the 102-103's at 9-10 days past her shots. She ended up having roseola. I don't think they're related at all, but until the spots showed up, I was convinced it was from the MMR shot.

DS had a slight fever, but I attributed it to his molars.  It went away after some motrin.

DD did - she got as high as 102.7 a week after her shots.  She had no other symptoms and I thought it was teething.  This is very interesting and good to know!
