update from florida

well those of you that know we were debating when to leave for florida. we left on wednesday and we here today. we decided to take the gamble and hope she is born soon. Probablya huge mistake but we are taking stride. we decided to come cause we found out she was 50% afaced(not sure how to spell that) the gamble is that she was not diloted any further. she moved to the 50% in 3 days so we felt this baby willbe here sooner rather than later.

We had dinner with her tonight. it went well it was nice to beable to chat with her. she is really nice and is so ready to haev this baby. now that we are here i am not so sure she is goignot have this baby this weekend. she did not tell me the doctor told her if the baby is not here by next wed. they will schedual an inducement. but she did have 3 contractions during dinner about 4 minutes apart but then they went away.

my hubby and I have decided to think of this as a vacation and have a little fun while we are here cause there is nothing we can do if we are early. I might be worrying about nothing. Hubby thinks it will be this weekend I am not so sure. so here we are waiting. keep your fingers crossed

Good luck!!! I hope your baby comes soon! We were going nuts waiting around in Vegas for the birth mom to go into labor, so I know how anxious you are. Try to enjoy yourself - but I know that is hard!
