I'm hungry all the time now. I can't seem to get full. My Dr. said I need to eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks with only 300 extra calories from what I was eating pre-pregnancy. My Dr. also said I need 60-80 ounces of water a day. I find that if I don't have enough I can feel hungry as well for some reason. So I try to drink water when I feel hungry and if it sticks around I'll eat a snack.
I'm hungry all the time unless I eat larger meals, If I try to stick to the small meals strategy I feel like i'm eating constantly because I'm so hungry.
I can't stop doing that either.....and I have not (knock on wood) had ANY m/s. So all of this snacking gets me worried its going to come up and be a hot mess. I do get nauseated easily, especially if I don't eat every couple of hours.
Me too! I've had some nausea, but if I eat it usually goes away. I'm up 5 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. I have been doing lots of eating and lots of sitting, so I'm hoping that once school starts and I'm moving around more, the weight gain will slow down.
I also feel that I can't stop snacking......I have raisins, carrots, hummus, fiber one bars to help me with the snacking ----these are healthy choices, right?
I am exercising almost every day.....I really don't want to gain too much weight, just the right amount.
wow! everyone's snacks are healthy yeay!!! I try to snak or eat healthy food but i get defeated! today i brought a lot of fruits, cantaloupe (smelle made me sick, but when i tasted it...oh so delish), watermelon, apple...i got carrot sticks and a cheese stick too, but we'll see...i might change my mind
every monring i "PLAN" to go for walks, but it's been bloody hot here in Vegas (car temp at 7 am - 100F!!!) that i don't WANT TO GO OUT! grrrr. then after work, i'm just too tired and sleepy waah. I hope i don't gain much weight, but i think i have already. i'm so dang bloated!
