DH got the job! Yay!

Looks like we'll be New Yorkers in no time!  DH and I are coming out for 5 days in a couple of weeks to house/apartment hunt.  Then he'll be moving out there September 6th and I'll head out with DD September 18th! Yay!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone here and hopefully finding some real life friends :)

    Congrats! Welcome to the most amazing city in the world :) I came here 6 years ago to just "try it for a year or two" and now I can't imagine living anywhere else. What neigborhoods are you going to look at? We Looove Park Slope, and it's great for kids!

    Welcome. I moved here about 8 yrs ago from Seattle, WA. It takes alot of getting use to. I think you either love or hate it. It's a whole another world out here lol.
