Please recommend your convertible car seat for a small car.

Hi, Ladies!  I'm sorry if this is posted often, but I need your help.  I scrolled through several pages of posts and checked the Baby Gear board, but couldn't quite find what I'm looking for.

After 16 months, DD is finally 29 inches and about to outgrow her Chicco KeyFit 30.  I have absolutely loved this seat.  After doing some research, I ordered the Graco MyRide 65 for my car (a Nissan Pathfinder).  DH will be installing it tonight, and it looks like it should fit rear-facing without any problems.

Here's where I need your help.  There is NO WAY this seat will fit rear-facing in my husband's car.  He drives an older Acura TL.  What seat would you recommend?  We want to keep DD rear-facing until she is at least 2.  We would prefer to keep the cost under $150 if possible.  I tried looking at online reviews, but not many posters say what kind of car they drive.

I have a Britax Diplomat in my Altima. And I think I paid $150 because I got a discontinued color.

I dont think you'll find it for less than $185-ish, but the Combi Coccoro is pretty much the best seat for small cars. It will allow average sized children to RF until around age 2. Plus, it's just a super cute seat!
