Can someone help me PIP

I'm not sure how to pip but I would love to share a pic of my little one at todays ultrasound and maybe add it to my siggy, will have to make room as i already have too much in it.  Any help would be appreciated.

I host my pictures on tinypic.com

Just upload the picture and it will give you a set of URLs. To PIP in your post click the little picture of the tree at the top next to the smileys and paste the last url they have on the list. 

Theres also a spot in that window to set a size. For and u/s I'd try putting in 450 in the first box. If you leave the second box it will scale the picture for you automatically. Click Insert. 

The image should show up in your post. Then type whatever you want and click Post.

It's a little trickier to put it in your siggy because you need to upload it again and set it to the appropriate size which is "thumbnail". Then copy and paste the last URL they give to where you want it in your siggy.
