Babies: 6 - 9 Months

Baby food help: what should my mom buy

We're gong to visit my parents for 2 weeks. I'm sending my mom a list of things she'll need to pick up for DS. I'm hitting a road block with the food. I make all his food at home. And while I make it I find meats to be a pain. So she's going to pick up fruits and veggies that I'll prepare and prepared baby foods for "dinner". Just to make our vacation a little easier.

what do you buy for the average crawling 8-9 month old baby? I just need to be able to give her some idea of what to get to last a few days and then we can go and pick up some more after a few days.

  • DD eats a lot of yogurt.  She eats small bits of chicken, bananas,  avacados, cottage cheese, egg yolks, and toast.  She still eats oat cereal for breakfast w/ some blueberry puree mixed in.

  • It depends on how much you feed yours. Mine is a total pig- he can eat a whole banana at a meal.
