Boy or gender neutral doll?

I want to get Charlie a baby but everything I find is either hard plastic or really really girly.  I'm looking for something soft and cuddly that isn't tiny, but is small enough for him to handle and isn't super girly.  I'm looking for a baby rather than a kid doll - I want him to teach him about babies (hold them, give a bottle, treat gently, etc).

Does anybody have any recommendations?  I would have bought this one but they only come as a pair!  It was still kind of prissy for me anyway.

I had a hard time finding anything good, so I ended up getting them a baby girl doll from TJ Maxx. The baby's outfit is aqua and orange (with a pink paci ) so it's not super girly. Anyhow, they LOVE it. I don't remember the brand name and just threw away the box, but TJ Maxx had several options that I think would have worked well and are a good size for my 18-month-olds to hold and play pretend with. They caught on right away to feeding the baby, etc. and LOVE that the baby has her own "key-key" (blankie) since they think everyone has one.

Yes, he is anatomically correct and he does come with a cloth diaper.

I like those! I had debated whether to get two or start with one, but I might get that for the second one.

How about a Cabbage Patch preemie?  We got a boy preemie for a friend's son and he loved it!  The body is soft, but not the head (they have small heads though!).

Ooh, I really like this one.  I think I'm going to order one for DS.  I've been worrying lately about how we're going to get him used to the idea of a new baby without actually having one around to teach him with.
