31w Appointment- Update

BP is great and I didn't gain any weight! This was not the goal, but was an unexpected surprise- I had gained a whole lot very quickly and now monitor what I am eating a little better and I'm up 25 lbs so far, which we are all very happy with. The really fun part is that LO is now head down and the doctor was shocked at how low it is. I'm not totally sure what that means, but I think it's good? He said it explains all the pain I've been getting and that I am going to need to take it easy- can do!

We also discussed the fact that whoever we choose for a ped won't be at the hospital I deliver at since we are choosing someone out of the hospital which is 2 miles down the road from us. I asked if it would be possible to have my childhood pediatrician examine LO and he said of course and he would make sure it happened! I am super excited about this- I love my ped with all my heart. I just got a new doctor after I realized it was pretty bad that I was 30 and pregnant and still calling up my ped!

Since I was done early (got called in 2 hrs early), I went to the mall and finally found a dress for the wedding I've been panicking over. I went to White House/Black Market and got a perfect dress and I may even wear it for our maternity pictures this weekend. If anyone is anti maternity dresses and needs something semi formal- go there! I also bought some new pyrex so I can start freezing food (finally getting the urge to nest) and all the materials I need to make my thank you cards for the shower (because apparently I can't just buy them, I need a craft to occupy my time!) 

Feeling super productive and very excited about LO's progress!

    Wow!  Congrats on everything!!!!  Would you mind posting a PIP of the dress you got?  I am looking for something to wear to my high school reunion next month and can't seem to find anything even remotely appealing. :)

    Sounds like a great appt! And what a cute dress! I'm going to remember that -I have an August wedding that I'm not quite ready to shop for.
