Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Any Catholics got the scoop?

What statue am I supposed to bury to sell my house?  Any other specifics on this you can share?

(I KNOW this - I just can't remember, and don't want to call my sister who has a newborn)

Thanks!

  • St Joseph - upside down.

  • Ditto on the upside down St. Joe... And put the virgin Mary in your window for no rain on open house days! Or any day you don't want it to rain.
  • Awesome!  Thank you so much, Ladies!

"The statue is buried upside down in the front yard with the feet pointing to heaven. It may face towards the home (or towards the street if you want your neighbor's home to sell!) The location of the statue can vary: by the "For Sale" sign, in a flower pot (popular for condo owners), etc.. As long as you can find it once the home has sold. After the home has sold, the statue should be removed from the ground and given a place of honor in your new home."

My welcome mat was WAY more that $8!!

I realize it's superstitious, BUT I want to sell my house.  And it certainly doesn't hurt anything Big Smile

Was your house on the market for 8 months?  I am SO dreading that.

(and I totally crush on my welcome mat, but nobody seems to notice, as they are distracted by my giant slobbery dog Crying )
